La cecina de buey era una calidad premium con el punto justo de curación y un sabor intenso que se deshace en el paladar, las croquetas caseras de jamón cremosas, hechas con cariño son de esas que te obligan a pedir otra ronda y el Lingote de cochinillo a baja temperatura … una carne increíblemente jugosa y melosa que contrasta con una piel extra crujiente. El equilibrio de texturas es de diez. Conocimos a Roberto y le dimos la enhorabuena por el equipo."

"Group of 5 - We enjoyed a wonderful evening at this restaurant. The town was packed during a festival but we arrived early. Our host was perfect and recommended a wine that was so good and such wonderful value that we had 3 bottles. Food was excellent and we left satisfied and with smiles on our faces. "El restaurante se encuentra al lado de la catedral. Pedimos uno de los menús y salimos muy contentos. El pulpo de entrante estaba tierno y sabroso, y el codillo fue lo mejor de todo: crujiente por fuera y jugoso por dentro. Buen ambiente y buen trato. Para repetir."
